Every year Business in Vancouver (BIV) newspaper publishes a list of the top paid executives in British Columbia. In 2014 59% of the top paid executives were from the mining and energy sectors including the top paid executive, Paul Wright, CEO of Eldorado Gold Corp based in Vancouver, his income including stock options and benefits was $13.7 million. This is up from last year but down from the over $18 million he made in 2012.
The list includes their company position, ranking of BIV Top 100 list, total compensation and percentage change year-over-year.
